Sockets - Allows you to open another slot to any equipment that allows you to.  It cost silver and drilling materials which is currently not out yet. This enables you to add another Spirit Stone to that equipment.  
It will be implanted later in the future I am assuming.

Their is no point. Even if your fury was 10k it consumes all your fury over 100 to 0.

wwait, doesn't fury 150 does more damage than 100 fury?

for rukia, even the rukia gives you 45 fury after her skill, it will be 95 fury after player attacks(which still can't use the skill) and in second time, it will be 150 after her move. Then the character use 150 fury in one skill which makes 0; there is no difference of having rukia anyway. Why anyone think rukia is good?

Fury exceed 100 increase your damage, 1 fury = 0.21%~0.25%. With the help of Uruhara and Rukia, Assaulter with fury recovery skill is able to use their skill every turn (if their critical rate is high), thats the reason they are good.
Socket for your equip is refer to spirit stone slots, you can expand the slot with drills, but it is not available yet in US/EU. The number of your socket, for example 0/2, is meaning you can expand two slot but you haven't expand any.

You need a pcs of lv50 purple equips (from craft), spirit forge mats (from soul hunt), go to reinforce and choose spirit forge, spirit forge the equip.

Do note that there are many bugs in game, if you complete above steps, and your quest isn't completed, you might faced a bug.
