for lv70++ hogu (kyoraku clan and above), is it worth to upgrade to lv4++ or even maxed it? they are those who needs 6 or even 10 piece to upgrade to the next level.. or should we balance every team member with lower lv. of hogu? (for example lv2-3)

and also, aside from lucky draw events, how we can find green enchantment stone (for adding weapon skills)? can higher lvl stage maps drop it?
