Need to retrive/change my password

So I was locked out of my account due to not knowing my password, and I still don't have access to this, but I was able to log back in by going to signup and at the bottom it says already have an account with the facebook, google, and another icon. I hit the google icon and I was able to get back into my account.

But it still remains I don't have access to my original password and the reset keeps saying my info is incorrect.

I seriously need help getting this fixed before something does happen and I am locked out. Please advise.

Ok, this seems funny but I figured out the problem. For anyone else having trouble with the password reset, you must input your info exactly as it was input when you first registered. The big part of this is all info is case sensitive. So if you did/didn't use caps, you must do the same when trying to retrieve you password.

My problem is I was using a capital at the beginning of my email, but there was no capital originally, thus it was saying the info I put in was wrong.

Please take note of this information upon trying to reset your password.
