I don't believe so. He's been on UBP twice so far, you should just save vitality for him and wait. Or spend around 12k on him from other events

Stacking VIT right now and have already 3.5k stacked. I am just not sure whether or not he will show up in UBP again in the future :/

If he is going to be in UBP again it wont be for a while as he was in the last UBP so either topup $300 during ultra hero for him or save vit for months.
