Shura ken or Haku?

My formation right now is urahara, oetsu, yama, main, tosh(vg, btw im going to change him for shin shura ken)

yama already fills your pvp needs for an assaulter, get Shura Kenny for a nice boost in pve, you will need a spirit blade of whatever kind of gear your toshi has on, and for events, pull toshi and replace him with Shura...  also, Cute Orihime will probably do better than Oetsu for PVE as well as she boosts block and attack for your assaulters, and between Urahara and Cute, you can get Shura to skill every round, and between Shura and Cute, you will block 3x every round, further raising your damage...
