better to reincarnate at max lvl cause you ll lose rewards from ToT if you win it at your lvl i am 110 and i didnt reincarnate yet and i have for all my team

pros and cons about doing it ASAP
pros = more damages everywhere (ES, RA, Void and PVP)
cons = ToT
