so how many materials does it take to advance mods?

I dont remember rn, but i think it was 495 for 6th mod and 800 for 7th mod if i remember right, Overall for uryu i used 2050 fragments for all 7 mods.

Just checked on EU, everything is fine for us. to see yellow exp scrolls you may need to scroll down to urahara recruit part.

I cant see anything it looks like tavern zoomed itself in and now you cant see the scrolls or chest.

I tried firefox chrome and the facebook gameroom still has the zoomed in bug I hope they fix it i need the advance modify's

That does not work its a in game problem not a browser zoom problem
