Well, it really depends on your team config... Do you need Kisuke's speed bc you need the fury? Then upgrade him is worth. If not, H. Ichigo's upgrade is better.  As for me, upgrading and the 7th mod on Kisuke helps me a lot against a damned Mugetsu...

thats a waste of tokens if you ask me , we are 2 people that play on my server and i'm the active one so im gaining a lot of silver (500mil in a day)
