Yesterday topped 800 gold got it today done 200 gold top up just for the pack, but didn't get it can someone explain please, as after merges, when you top up any amount of gold you should get the middle pack, thanks.

Your realm needs to collect 50 zanpakuto. In this screenshot, it shows my server group needs to collect 48 more.
