Really need help with this hard choice, between a Nozarashi and Main, you can consider also:
- There is only 8000 reincarnation fragments required to reincarnate then starts over from 0.
- Level Cap is currently 159 and Cap Limit raise time is unknown,
- Both are level 159 with Reincarnation 4,
- The level drops to 144 after reincarnation,
- Main is always in formation,
- Main is hardest to level up (no Exp Scroll),
- Getting about 180million exp a day with dailies for main lvl 159,
- Main will get exp again after reincarnation but less then 180million a day (level drop @ exp instance),
- Nozarashi will get exp again about 180million exp a day,
- Both look nice with Red Sparkles 
- Any other points of view are valid. (The above are just some considerations)

Don't judge by the BP or sets, I have much better sets then what main character is using.

-This was probably the hardest decision I toke while playing B.O. and it came because the level limit was of 159.
-Decided on Nozarashi for the idea that he will level up faster, and since I'm leveling other partners that haven't reached level 159, best way would be to keep Main at cap level, Experience Instance Exp will surely boost all partners exp.
-Also hoping level cap will be raised in the "near future" (which will probably not happen so fast).
-Reincarnating Main would take way longer to reach 159, the benefits would be 6% more damage, exp and levels before cap raises again, at that point he would need just 1 level to make another reincarnation (that would probably make main lvl 1).
-Based on the pool: the ideas that you guys gave me was make a stronger Nozarashi because "Nozarashi".. lol..
Yeah I know his OP partner, nice blocks and nice dmg.
