Yeah I know that part of it. LOL
Thats why there are more Zaraki partners then any others in this game, and Bankai one still incoming!
STILL!.. From the votes, none explain the reason for it. I'm actually 50/50 on this subject...

Main should always be done last since the main's level determines how much xp you can get.  Plus no one can level higher than the main.  So if you have a partner that is 158 now, they will stay at that level until the main gets to 159 again.
