Question regarding account sharing!

Now I'm not really into reading the rules of any games. But is account sharing allowed? I'm not saying I'm doing it. I'm just annoyed by someone that is doing it. There is a guy in my server that is taking a break for personal reasons and he is well over VIP8 and ranks 3 in ryoka, ranks 1 in ES, ranks 2/3 in arena, so he gives his account information to his guildie and lets him play while he is gone. This is so annoying in many ways. I know that the real owner is gone but yet has chance to take up spot at Seretei Soul Palace, Ryoka, ES, GW and so on. I'm sure that he's going to be gone for a few months. So he has the luxury of coming back to the game and play again with so many gains. Higher level achieved, new spirit stones, new gears and so on. So again, my question, is this allowed?

Who cares honestly if i ever quit id rather have a guildie play my account then let the hundreds of dollars i spent on this game goto waiste. At the same time gogame doesnt give a shit about anyone but there pocket books. they dont respond for shit to support and there forum presence is almost nonexistent.

Gogames gives the diablo 3 team a good name for community care, and thats saying something

I care. I've also spent money on this and to those who quit, fine, cya l8r for good. You and your account. But if its gogames' fault then I'm actually okay with it. If they don't give sh*t then fine I'll do the same when I quit.

i sent an email to support about that and got this back: Hi we can't control players from sharing/ trading their account(s) ,but we wont compensate anything if their account(s) were hacked. Therefore even tho its a ToS"rule" about not sharing/ buying account(s) they don't care lol

account sharing is not advisable.. but its not ille gal... well i ve been sharing my acc since day 1... of game... n support knows about it...

but they warned tht... if anythin happens to ur acc... they will NOT restore it...  very clear cut from the beginnin...

so its ur own risk if u wanna share ur acc to tht person u think they can be trusted...

for me... its just a game... if i get jacked by those ppl i trust... i ll just hav to take it... well i belif in karma tho...

anyway to me... frenz r more important than some $ spend in here...

I just read GoGames' ToS regarding account ownership. Here's their statement.

"Ownership/Selling Virtual Accounts/Items
JoyFun does not recognize the transfer of our Games accounts or JoyFun accounts. You may not purchase, sell, gift or trade any account, or offer to purchase, sell, gift or trade any account, and any such attempt shall be null and void. JoyFun owns, has licensed, or otherwise has rights to all of the content that contained in the Game. You agree that you have no right or title in or to any such content, including without limitation the virtual goods or currency appearing or originating in the Game, or any other attributes associated with any account.
JoyFun does not recognize any purported transfers of virtual property executed outside of the Game, or the purported sale, gift or trade in the "real world" of anything that contained or originates in the Game. Accordingly, you may not sell in-game items or currency for "real" money, or exchange those items or currency for value outside of the Game."
