interesting i thought this applys to all pvp battles, but hard to check while doing Guild war may  ...

when i try battle in arena. i can decrease T1 player to half his/her hp. but s/he one shoot me in GW without lost hp, like before update 200% hp boost

i dont think PS have the 200% buff..

I don't think it apply at ABB too.. because I can beat someone at arena if my hp is 2x, but at abb I have no chance against him

PS not 200% buff, its buff from defender guild.
