what level can i modify the last star for rukia, it says partner level low. i have all the materials for it.

In the modify it telling you plan as day what lvl you need to be to modify

So rukia needs lvl 80..... Anyways anyone got any idea for urahara?? Lvl requirement for last star?

i have asked around and got to know its lvl 100. so am planning to get him at lvl 100.

Ahh thnx for the info....and if its lvl 100 shouldnt u be getting it at maybe 90 considering that it might take a month or two in getting the +20 fury starting mod ??
