yeah that would be very useful for you but if you are willing to top up 2 grand extra 500 makes it like u top up 5 grand

Once its over it stays in your character inventory and you spend more gold to lease them when you want, and if the amount of gold you spent reaches the amount you need to oerm buy it, then you no longer have to rent.
