Which is better

Should I get yoru for 20k(cheap), or should I wait for hash, which is going to to be 40k...IDK, if i get yoru, i might have enough left over for a new zan or something...So what you guys think??

Current team: H.ichigo, MC, Ryukin Ishida, Oetsu, Senju...Zan Muramasa. In the future...i wanna do 0-2-3 formation with aizen

WTF....B Urahara is bugged, and he is pretty weak compared to yoru and hash....right???

Not sure which would help you more.  Haschwalth is better overall and he is a true supporter, he can boost assaulter and supporter defense by 50% and can heal everyone 20% if he gets hit and his skill casts shield on all partners clearing debuffs like chaos.  Yoruichi is a little faster and her skill does random chaos and mutilate, but another supporter like Shy Nemu or Haschwalth or Hiki can steal away her fury if they are faster.  You might want to include more information on current team and zanpakuto.

Are you going to switching out Hollowed Ichigo or Ryuken with them?  If you are keeping Ryuken in and taking out Ichigo, then Haschwalth would be better if you can get him to the final mod to buff defense.  

The only problem you might have if you use Yoruichi is her mutilate landing on the same target as Oetsu's mutilate.  If you keep Senju the fastest and you only have a single T1 set, she can T1 the other supports and boost combo rate when she skills, but she will eventually be slower than Haschwalth and Yoruichi when they get their speed mods.  If it will be a while before you get their mods up, short term Haschwalth wont be as good since he will be missing the 50% bonus defense and healing mods when hit, once he gets those he is much better.

Long term, Haschwalth is much better.  Yoruichi really doesn't fill a need with your team unless you are planning on Senju coming out eventually and you having multiple T1 sets.  Yoruichi is going to need to faster than Senju to make a difference, but having Senju slower weakens the overall damage since it would be best for her to be fastest so she can T1 other supports.

And i am gonna take both ryukin and h.ichigo and switch em with aizen and hash/rajjin, so like 0-2-3 formation

So, I do get that hash is much stronger than yoru...but here yoru is half her price currently...so that why i am a bit confused.
