Missing rewards from Ultimate Charge [Copy URL]

Yesterday around 23:00 server time I was disconnected from the server. I refreshed and logged into my server and everything seemed fine. But I went to check on Ultimate Charge because I was going to go ahead and finish getting the partner but I noticed my points were reset in the rankings. The image is below. I also noticed my CSB is different, my ranking in it was reset and theres completely new people in there. What happened? Id really like to get the rewards I was supposed to receive even though it was wasted since I couldnt collect Shunko :/ and if my CSB could be fixed that would be nice.

I made a ticket with a detailed description of the issue along with screenshots. Today I provided more screenshots because whatever has happened is ongoing, my progress in this "alternate CSB" aren't even saving. I acquired 4300~ points yesterday then today it still showed me at 0, and I had to start over yet again.

If my progress in any event will not be tracked my account is seriously messed up.

My ticket was changed to "closed" about an hour ago with absolutely no response from the company, this is ludicrous.

Somewhat, even though the support ticket system is weird (have had my ticket marked "resolved" twice and "closed" once before even getting a response from the support staff lol. So I would just reply to the ticket to re-open it. Someone responded and said they are passing it along to the tech team. I thanked them and waited patiently. Yesterday I noticed I was back in my original CSB and Event Groups but my ToT is still with them and I havent gotten the rewards from that Ultimate Charge yet, I assume they are still working on it.
