This is an incredibly biased poll. Tosen is a pvp partner, Ikkaku is PVE. Whats more its comparing Apples to Oranges. Tosen doesn't hit everyone, and he's not gonna protect you from Halibel/Gin/Momo who will just stun your ass, making that incredibly brief damage nerf pointless. Yeah he's "good" but most people care more for PVE, making Kisuke and Ikkaku godly brothers in arms, with little sister Rukia. I'll be blunt. He's only good if you hit that skill the same turn the enemies main uses his and of course thats before he does. To much bs to calculate.

No, Not much to calculate at all, All it takes is ensuring Tosen starts, and considering he has an agility boost, That's not hard. Now, Tosen is great for PVE as well, Perhaps not for ES/Ryoka, But, His ability is seriously good. Anyway, The post was not initially meant to be biased. Actually, not at all. You do understand I was asking for an opinion on peoples favorites right, and who THEY think are the best. How is that biased? And no, it's not comparing apples and oranges, It's comparing assaulters in a way that was not meant to be specific to PVE or PVP.

Stats for stats, I would say best assaulter with equal gear all around:

PvP: Shinigami Yoruichi -- 2 rounds of invincibility to everything except Zanpaktou Damage, how do you compete with that?
Equal stones / equipment / hogus / hyogoku / accessories

PvE: Sexy Yoruichi, 305% + regen self fury + team fury.  
Which other assaulter gives team fury and does 305% growth?  
Point for point overall damage, Sexy Yoruichi takes the cake with ease.
