The best assaulter under level 100

Hey everyone. Just here to give some advice and see what you guys think.

Alright lets get this started ^_^. I personally think that Tosen is the best assaulter under level 100, Considering his speed skill and his damage nullify ability, He is definiately more powerful in not only PvP, but also trial tower, and seireitei soul palace, many people have gone with ikkaku only because everyone thinks he is the best, because, no one really uses tosen. WHICH IS A MISTAKE! I am giving you my honest advice, if you see this post, get Tosen, trust me.
Now, for the poll!
Who do you think is the best assaulter? and why? Do you agree or disagree with me? Note- If you have never used Tosen before, please try and find a way to try him out before disagreeing. If you have used Ikkaku or Byakuya, which do you prefer?

Also, I have decided to also include kenpachi in this post. I do not think he is THAT great though. I will also allow the purple reishi assaulters just for fun

tousen not good u just need over the damage, only 1 turn null worthless, still d best ikaku fury reduce to vang, if the enemy hv gin he just paper lol.

ya but he will reduce the fury attack so thats good, plus he's assaulter attack so no need to vangbust.

I see under lvl 100 assaulter, so I'm only going to compare to under lvl 100 chars.  Tosen is ridiculously good with the proper jades (but then again who isn't).  If you run no healer he would be a better option than anyone else, maybe save yourself some health, otherwise it's Ikkaku for the fury gain. Zaraki is just if you really need to spread some hit gems to keep everyone max. Byakuya, even with the the new 2x hp during arena and such you can go boom, everyone is dead in 1 round, but once you eclipse that 100+ mark where everyone runs Gin, who will always be faster (unless they're horrible) he is kind of null an void unless that aoe actually goes off.  With some of the new changes the answers are almost going back to the former "depends on your form".  Rambling like usual, but on a final note, 2x hp has changed up the game a little bit, more interesting, longer fights where abilities actually matter.  That last sentiment said, Tosen has "arguably" the best ability (that debuff....), and is my whole reason for choosing the (2 of em) option, Ikkaku and Tosen.
Side note - I actually use Zaraki in my main form, lols

Well, Thanks for all the responses so far, I'm surprised only 1 person voted for Tosen though. Tosen beats ANY OTHER ASSAULTER under lv 100, if he goes 1st, which he almost always does because of his agility skill, let me clarify something, If he uses his skill on round 2, that is the same turn the opponents assaulters use THEIR skill, essentially, from what I have seen, he brings their damage down from about 40-70k a hit to 5-16k a hit. That is seriously good.

w/ high speed tosen is a good PVP partner, im not VIP and 1 time in my server a VIP name kenpachi has tosen, as his partner, i check my main stats and i have high damage,i check his  tosen stats, low attck and low def but he has a high speed,when we fight because his tosen has high speed,he use his skill 1st, then when my main turns to hit the last skill, my damage is so low that i cant even half his tosen HP, then i work on my speed and out speed his tosen, to cut the story short my main 1 skill his tosen when i have more Speed, but if his tosen has more speed i cant even half damage his tosen even if its stats is very low, so  i think tosen is a good partner aslong that he has super high speed

i would have gone with tosen but i am using rukia mod partner fury. so if i use tosen then i have to make sure that the main i fight is faster than my tosen so that my main does his normal attack first, then my tosen does his skill attack. also if opp is using partner fury then my tosen has to be faster than his tosen. so its a big risk . i think i will go with byakuya who will attack all enemies in his skill attack. in that case i dt have to worry about anyone being faster or slower, most of the cases i will be able to deal damage to all and that is much better than tosen in my formation.

hence the best assaulter title is not something consistent, it all depends upon ur team
