Hos growth rates are rly crappy for a event char imo, not as bad as TOshiro's was though.

I'm not to impressed with his stats.

in CN version his stats are growth rate above 4 here its nerf to 3.2 this is a joke dont get him plus his base stats are way low, i try get the real Isshin stats but his fury move is

Talent: increase 18% speed, with additional 12% damage rate
Skill: Attack enemy assaulter, growth rate 250%, hollowfy* enemy assaulter for two turn, increase allies assaulter 35% combo rate, recover self fury by 100 point.
*Hollowfy: a type of cc, a hollowfied character unable to move/skill, and only vulnarble on skill attack
