God damn it...Is it worth to get Ichibae when having team like this: Hichigo-MC,Yama-Urahara,Kirinji? Or should I skip this UBP and pray for sth that i'd like to use more than Ichibae?

no is weak; i need 3 strong for my new team but no sure def vg or bump my team is strong and with this evolution of the game to spend 10k vit for def partner isn't a good idea. his stat are weak

He is way better then h ichigo, if you are looking for pure def vanguard ichibei is the man
