Ah I thought he was in a ubp before. (Since he's an ss is his time right? Lol) either way back to back vans is pretty troll, almost  like the 3 months of zangetsus

how much better is Ichibe than Demon?

depends how you use your vanguard, if you aren't stacking your vanguard and you only use him as defense wall then ichibei is a lot better than d.ichigo and will work better as team player, if you're stacking vanguard tho then difference shouldn't be that noticable, ichibei will still be better (although d.ichigo is more offensive) but difference isn't worth of spending vit on ubp especially if you actually have put some resources in d.ichigo
about hiki, looking at ubp recently it became quite possible for her to appear, she is still lot stronger and more valuable than ichibei+ in next ubp it will probably be zan (since we had already 3 partners in row) so I doubt it will be fast but we are getting closer to moment when she will appear, I bet that she will be in ubp in few months
