speed is also factor
EDIT: it depends on whose turn it is, so no not everyone wil attack twice unless every enemy is stunned

how does it work on things like ryoka/es

test it in a trial or something

I don't think ryoka or ES can be stunned, that's why he was curious to respond.
But extra attacks, that is pretty sweet.

yeah they aren't effected by it

but the hollow soul map and soul palace who are immune to stuns are affected by him though
