Guys honest advice please..

Who's better kukaku or noza

P.S: No ganju shit please

Noza is a offensive Vanguard a block beast and good use in pve, best with hyorin zanpa
Kukaku is best defensive vanguard really really hard to kill, and has an OP heal, not so good in pve, good with every zanpa

both have different roles, depends on what u want to focus and your other partners
maybe u tell us ur other partners and zanpa

still gathering good partner and zan atm

but im planning to have a must partner(senju,nimiaya,hisagi) and a hyourin zan(kinda low on budget and kinda relying on bankai power every month)

so having problem if i go noza or kukaku i really want to focus on pvp to get those exclusive frags on TOT.

well if u have hyorin zanpa Noza might be a good choise but it takes a lot of time to get him(+resurrection ulquiorra for block bond) and hyorin has to be at 50/50/50 to get a good heal.
he needs more work as kukaku but is cheaper

Kukaku on the other hand doesnt need that much work, but she has to rely on other partners to kill the enemy.

Kukaku is in most cases better imo
