Is it worth getting oetsu at this point in the game?

Wondering if it's worth spending 12k on him in the next event. Since there's a chance he could come in ubp or a cheaper way pretty soon.

He might wont out in ubp,not sure.
He has 10% bonus speed to give everyone ally.
Has better kido than Hiki+Senju.
So yeah,get nigga.

don't spend 12k on him alone...  if you can spend 12k on other stuff and get him, he's worth it...  and I think he's in Ultra Hero for free with 15k top up (I think anyway)  spending 12k on him is silly tho

He's in anniversary feast for 12. Not sure how that event works but I'm guessing I get other rewards.

He would be replacing my shinso gin so I'd still get that 10% just wondering if losing the fury gain is worth since I'm already close to full t1 on the guys that need it

in anniversary feast, he is for sure worth 12k gold...  pick up some stones and get him as gravy  XD  he's a monster, if you have a stacked up Hikifune, have her go first to clear out the back 4 so Oetsu's mutilate has a better chance to hit that vanguard...  XD

That's the plan haha. For feast is it gold spent is points you have? And do I just full clear each time? Never spent gold on that event b4

when you buy the rewards on the right, you must refresh before they go on the field, then you uncover them in the field just like anything else...  full clear is guaranteed way to get them cheaper...  hope that helps
and yes, 1 point=1 gold spent (ON ANIVERSERY FEAST ONLY)
