gold being used not by me

    This is not the first time I have had this issue . I was playing the ryoka battles and I get a call and have to leave I come back and have lost almost 100 gold from my account . I understand this is a game and will have bugs but I am a paying player and have spent alot of money on this game . I have lost items that I won , I have paid for the protection stone 2 times already and it has disappeared again . That is 100 gold each time , this is getting very irritating to say the least  and I am about to stop playing this game if I cant get my gold and items back that I spent my hard earned money to buy . I would like to hear back from someone soon and will give you time to research and see I am being 100% on this . The issues started about 30 days ago but the gold disappearing happened @ 20:20 game time when I had to leave , when I came back about 30 min afterwards I noticed my gold disappeared ..... the server is Bleach - EU - EU S56  and my email address is [email protected]
