when you go to Server War , soon anyway , a 100% fury stone can make all the difference

how i utalize , 1st attacker  ( must be faster than opponent ) get 100% fury stone ( +25% fury to all allies ) (critical = +37)
                        the rest just need 13 fury or +26% fury stone
                        and Voala all of them can use skills at turn 1

This stratergy is how I win opponents twice my BP mine 400k theirs  500kBP - 1million BP

Its just my 2 cents worth thou , btw if you think fury stones are expensive now , soon it will be cheap and affordable ( got my whoe set for less than 20k gold ) normally would cost close to 120k-150k

For PvP Agility is by far the best so you can attack first. For PvE you Str/Wis is main priority while Agi is a good second.

Id say agility are more important in PVP, but having highspeed with no damage of wis/stre would be useless. Wis and Stren would be perfect for events like ryoka or the first event. Base on how I play, I would consider agility more than any other.
