Really it falls down to what kind of set up your planning to use. Every character has there own way you can set them up.
Like a character that naturally has powerful attacks you want to give him the most Strength/Wisdom and Agility stones you can followed by Crit stones. then depending on what order you want him to attack will depend on how many fury stones of what grade to put on him.
