Omg. I hope they fix it. Otherwise I start a riot in the forums !!
Edit : The bonds are active but interface shows them as locked and Lvl 0...

I'm EU. Dunno about US. I guess it's still too early for them to wake up.
EDIT: Looks like they fixed it, server was down for a minute and it's working again.
