In battle it's 198%(he has 20% block aura) and 228% when he uses Exclusive Skill.  I'm pretty sure no other partner can get a higher block rate than him.

I'd wager Noza is just on his heels tho...  I think Noza's cap is around 190% natural, +20% from Mayuri's halo...  I don't think there is anything else to boost it past that 210%    #myplan

If I take away his poison mod, get the block bond maxed and boost the advanced mods he has now from 11% to 12%, then he could have a max of 199.5% shown block rate plus the 20% aura and 30% from exclusive skill.  When I use Tavern Retsu he also has a small chance for 20% block rate when he is hit.
Since he blocks aout 99.5% of the time now, the poison mod isn't really helping, so I might drop it for more block.

as elenixantom said, there is no point in getting human koma because kukaku is cheaper and stronger  ...

you said cheap twice for kukaku....! I want to know what is cheap in your dictionary! Whether 300$ is cheap for you or 500$ is cheap for you or 1000$ is cheap for you!!! Coz i spent like 20k INR i.e. 311 USD which is really not cheap for me And now m reconsidering whether kukaku or ryujin

I said cheaper nothing in this game is cheap otherwise I would have RJ and IMO RJ is more valuable than kukaku

I dont know the mods on kukaku are really crazy for defence
And with RJ she'l be really op af for void

yeah, RJ+kukaku is really OP but weren't you considering which one to choose? it sounded as if you were able to buy only one of them , kukaku for herself while still tanky af and pretty OP is rather useless in void and isn't that broken in PvP so if you can afford only one of them go for RJ, if you can get both then there is no reason not to buy both

you are right tho, I can afford only one of the two.
I got 45k gold with me. IF i get that event where we can invest 20k gold for 100 days and get 10k extra. I think i should wait with patience and get both that wait. Or do you suggest i go all out with RJ right away!!!
