Bankai Kenpachi is a badass as an offensive vanguard while Komamura fails as a defensive vanguard (except his immune to mutilation)

I do not know your formation and zanpakuto, but if you want more attack power go for Kenny.

If you have enough fire power from your supports & assaulters, and need more defense go for Sexy Kukaku.

as elenixantom said, there is no point in getting human koma because kukaku is cheaper and stronger ( human koma will be only better against lucky af oetsu and even in that case kukaku may be good enough), overall kukaku works better both as stacked vanguard and team player so actual question should be: kukaku or bankai kenpachi. For this it would be helpful if you said us your formation ,if you are RJ user then IMO kukaku will be better especially against other RJ users( cause she can survive a lot longer than b.kenny) but if you don't have RJ then kukaku will be only wall of deffense who will struggle to beat someone for herself so in that case bankai kenny may be better (not sure about it tho since it is rare to encounter any b.kenny) because he is a lot better in offensive and he can also help you in PvE , kukaku still would be great tho after all I still think that kukaku is better while cheaper (and safer option) but b.kenny should be viable as well

I'm more of a stack all on vg don't needs the rest :3

If you have Noza, KEEP him.

Spend your money for a better support (if you have hyorinmaru) or assaulter (if you have senbonzakura)
