Well, vit will be reset to what it was on the day of the back-up, so ppl who had enough to get him can get him, if they're vip 0 they just dont have time :3

Coupons should be returned from just the back-up, seeing as you can't top up coupons you will just end up having the same amount of coupons that you had ~7 days ago.

Nope, about once a week/once every two week...
