In my case I asked for decency, I said what should be told on the mail to support

but you asked for 20k coupons and 12k vit extra, free, because of 2 days without a free online game...   now if you spent vit on SA and you didn't get your rewards, sure, that vit should be returned for sure...  if you spent coupons for visored, again, for sure that should be returned...  but 20k coupons takes a shit ton of time to build, far more than 2 days for anyone except a hacker...  and 12k vit again, that's over a month of work even for me, a VIP9 that drops 100 coupons a day on it as well as getting all the free vit I can a day...   just my opinion...

Oh that wasn't my idea xD
My Idea is: because of maintenance I lost 17k coupons and I want those back or the points back on Visored Revenge, that is final.

Bleach Devs and Ops should prepare there game updates anyways (which doesn't seem to happen)

For those 2 days server was down, I don't really care xD

I agree. I should have only needed to spend 4k coupons more to get a tier 12 hogu and 50 hogu talismans, now I need to spend 12k more than that! joke. I also planned to have completed the visored by now, but gogames messed up that too.

The sad part is, had they not reset the events this would not be a problem! I only needed to spend 4k coupons on any of the remaining 3 days (though maintenance took some of that time). But that's not possible now.

They might backup the events again, so crystals as well as Visored and Reio Furnace return to there previous state before the maintenance. Which actually seems to be the case.

To get UBP or visored lost reward back email support they will not give compensation to all unless ask for so ask support or you will not get back coupon
