so if he is level 100 exclusive skill, and fastest partner (seems like it will be easy to do honestly) you can't lose?  that sounds like a bunch of bullshit to me...   why the fuck would they break the game like this?  all this will do is end the game sooner

because gold = money ? RJ break the game aswell, if you don't have RJ you can't win vs a RJ

My thought is that his mod's invincibility might only last for a limited amount of time... you guys should know by now that GG can be very unprecise with their expressions and descriptions...

His exclusive skill is even more broken than RJ.  With RJ, being faster doesn't guarantee a win against another evenly matched team.  Even a partner like Yhwach that is immune to silence and ignores invincibility will be unable to hit him since he also makes hit rate 0%.  The only way a faster Toshiro can ever die is from dot damage from RJ, but if he has a healer, he wont die.

Will shield clear the debuff for no hit rate?  If it does, Mayuri may be the only partner with shield and immune to silence beside Yhwach that a chance to cast shield when hit.

I don't think shield would clear that debuff. I don't think it's a control debuff, anyway, but I've never actually seen hit rate reduction used in battle.

i beat RJ all the time, and I"m a Hyroin user...  but Toshi is a whole different level...  he's just broken on every level...  makes when hikifune came out look like a joke...   he makes me scared to top up anymore honestly...
