aparently not, i have lvl93 can't coupon it, a guild member is 102 can do it...their explanation about him is incorrect

able to get toshiro nel renji and ulqiuorra but there is nothing about kenpachi and aizen

my friend ueno can see kenpachi and he is lvl 102

yep ulquiora can be seen after lvl90 also, ken 100 and aizen 120 or something

Either way Kenpachi is the new to-have vg after Demon Ichigo

I think it's something like this for vg's now:

Nozarashi Kenpachi ->
Shin Shura Kenpachi ->

agreed i'm planning on getting him, i won't bother with the stark and wait for shin shura to replace koma final mod then wait and upgrade him again

It's starnge!!! We can't see all partners coupons although our levels are ok to get the normal form. Also, did you checked the battle preview, it sucks!!! The Hueco Mundo partner side is way too OP to be able to really analyse the partner abilities. WTH...
