Refresh doesnt work u have to get lvl to see partners

most probably 90...

since... kenpachi is like 100

n aizen is like 110...

coz i can see all of them when i reach lvl 110...

able to get toshiro nel renji and ulqiuorra but there is nothing about kenpachi and aizen

I think you should be a VIP first ti be able to get them.

Is Shin Shura Kenpachi level 85 or 100?

It says Recruitment is level 85 and VIP 5.
But I've been hearing people don't see him until level 100.

i am lvl 94 and i cant see him, so i think its +10 to the lead level.
