I topped up 800 gold on 4\19\2017. the mysterious puzzle event is 1gold = 1point. the game gave me 200 points and only let me claim the puzzle pieces that are up to 300. i am missing 600 points and 3 puzzle pieces worth of stuff that i paid for. i would like the items or a butt load of vitality so i can do events this week. thank you
It costs points to open those slots, top up 800g, you get 800 points, opening first (100) drops to 700 points, second (200) to 500 and 3rd (300) to 200, so you should have 200 points left.
