Hypothetical team choice (humour me)

Soo dudes I have a question. No shit that's why I have posted it, so let's say in a hypothetical situation where I actually convince my parents to top me up 8k gold on a new server then for that I have come up with some plans. Hear me out and comment on which one is better.
1) Ultra hero path:
For the 8k I will have a total return of 14800 since 4k rebate, 2k from the super rebates event where you get the free renji and 800 from first time top up.
Using that I can get 1 s yoro, 1 s nanao (from the ultra hero I get yoro and nanao) , 1 kirinji, 1 sogyo, 1 isshin, 1 toshiro vanguard and be left with 4300 gold.
2) ultimate charge ( assuming I get first prize since the server may top up low)
Here I get 22800 as total spend
Using that I can get 1 sogyo, 1 kirinji, 1 s yoro, 1 s nanao, 1 toshiro vang, 1 isshin and 1 retsu unohana kenpachi.
3) ultimate charge 2.0 (same clause)
I can get 1 sogyo, 1 kirinji, 1 isshin, 1 toshiro vang and 1 oetsu with 300 gold (enough to get oetsu to I think 3rd mod with inherit)

There you go into appreciate all inputs and bettering to the plan and with that my friends,
