I'm also trying to swap out his final one for more block (spent some gold and got got that last one after I snapped that last pic), plus I've got about 10% more to get from evo, leaving me topping out around 165% which while lower than my Noza was, which is a bummer, it's not that much lower, plus that 4th mod on TSI more than makes up for it IMO

I've always got resources to spare...   yeah, why not go for the gusto...   175% is gettable with him, and that is only 3% lower than what my Noza was...
