thanks, I'm using some tactics I've learned from building my old Noza (prob why I pumped his block up so high) and he does have room to improve, but I think I"m on the right track...  once that block rate hit 150, he became a whole different monster...  strange really

lol yeah rajin gives me a hard time and i only fought one b-rukia before my b-rukia is weak but if i had to i can make her uber fast and strong but atm i just focus on tsi needs his maxed mods+evo so if someone good dont come from ubp ill work on his evo

between that 4th mod and all his block rate...  this guy has 2M BP more than me and is VIP10 (I'm 9)   

it's a harder fight when he is wearing RJ, but I can still out tank him and win about 30% of the time at this point

nope, I have the stones for it, but once Shinso goes he becomes T1, 90% of the tougher foes I face run a stacked T1 Hikifune, so his T1 would be wasted anyway

Definitely nice block rate for a TSI.
Gotta get that evo 11 too and all the % bonuses and raw stat bonuses that come with the evo levels.
I'd give him better gear (4 2) if you have any better on other partners if you only need him for pvp for winning.
What level strength stones and hogu(and level) do you have on him as well as the accessories?

mind you, I got my stamina accessories yesterday, and overall I'm kind of lazy so there is for sure room for growth in every place more or less, lol, and I'm working on them for sure

Average % for all important stones and lvl:
Strength: 36.25 % average, I'm guessing that's 5 11s and 1 10s
Wisdom: 24% average, that's 6 9s
Stamina:25%, seems to be a combination of 9s and 10s/11s
Strength stones are very good, imo.
Wisdom you need to get better but I know you have to supports to give priority in wisdom, first.
Stamina you of course need all 12s on a vanguard.
