But if they lowered total amount of spend, don't you think thay lowered amount of spend per day and rebate?

whatta ? that looks like their dmg are reduced more like half rather than just 30% in both dmg and dmg rate )

I don't think it'll last too long, with how drastically the world has been changing over the years.
It may get outdated at some point, soon, and lose its players thereby losing its money not having enough to keep all the servers up and then closing down.
