Oetsu deals more damage, yes, but his main purpose would be to mutilate the opponent.
I suggest that you not take him 'just for' his atk.
That's like ignoring his highlighted ability and just going for something that's not worth it.
You should get a new zanpakuto. If you don't intend to spend for a zanpakuto, then just save for ubp and get like zangetsu/muramasa.
I believe Hiki would be most useful for you if you do not have opponents with stacked vanguards(like they have 7.5m+ hp in arena/csb etc).
Hiki's 50% atk bonus may forever be useful, and her invincibility is currently still useful against most opponents.
Senju is faster than Hiki, naturally, but you'd have to get another new support, perhaps Hiki(as senju has a speed bond with Hiki) to really make Senju shine.
You'd also have to focus on your Senju quite a bit, imo.
