What to get with 5k in Karkura town festival (QUICK)

For pve i usually use Kiriniji with Kisuke, Main, Red Ikkaku, Shin Isshin Rented. I am level 86 focusing on Pve. But Pvp Formation is Sajin, Shin Isshin, Main, Kirinji, Urahara. Zanpaktou right now is Zabimaru. i can buy Shin isshin with only 4k of that gold including candy rent.

Forgot that i can also get extra gold from Super gold wheel but luck is not on my side most of the time.

my advice whould be to get shin isshin permanently and then to swap ikka with byakuya, and get byak to exclusive 30, for pvp use byak normal skill to attack all formation, for es/ryoka switch to byak's exclusive skill, and for void hes normal skill,  byak is much better than ikka because of hes exclusive skill and death mod.
ubp has mostly zanps and assaulters, so no need to buy a zanp now and pass out on shin isshin which even now is still a good partener for pvp and pve

Or i since i can extend Isshin's rent for like 2 months. I would just hope for a Assaulter and Get Senbon. Jeez the options idk what to do.

Or since i think they are adding zero division partners i could get hiki to replace Isshin (hoping big) and get Senbon. (edit) Also i have Shunsui trying to get him frags for his skill. So probably not gonna get Byakuya for a long time.

Barely got 100 Exclusive frags. Also i could just get yama for the attack all. Then replace yama with someone for pve
