As someone who overwrote his Psychic for Blood, I would actually say that the Blood Enchant is terrible. If you're wondering if it's because I do no damage, I put it on my D.Ichi who is T1 and 1 shots the enemy team even if they are the same BP as me, tho their VG usually has a quarter-half HP. Even then, I only heal about 50,000 HP on that t1 skill. With regular attacks it is about 10,000 HP. It's better to use the Revive blue enchant that gives 3% max HP per action as its a constant 45k HP if you have 1.5mil HP.
Your Mugetsu seems to have probably 600K HP so it'll regen 18k HP per action with 3% Revive, and it'll probably do about 500k per skill, which is 25k HP with Blood, but your regular attack will do at most 200k, which will regen only 10k HP. It's better to regen a constant 18k per action, than 25k on your skill (less if they r tanky) and then 10k with a basic attack. Again, the more tanky the are, the less health you will get out of your 5% of damage done.
