i was lucky to get shini yoruichi and sexy yoruichi. sexy yoruichi is in my pve, shini yoruichi is in my pvp and pve. more than enough for me .

Shinigami Urahara is probably the fastest character in the game. He has a 30% SPEED talent(As far as I am aware), which is miles and miles above agility, as it is a final modifier, instead of a initial one like a agility talent. He is probably going to one shot the back line, and if not, they aren't doing anything anyway :-P. A 90% crit Urahara is downright scary since he will skill basically every turn.

Ajoalex: That is just one example. There are a few other characters that shut down your plans. Don't quote me on this, but Shinji may also stop nel's debuff from assaulters, if it works the way I am inclined to believe it does after a day of testing :-P.

Isshin also messes with your math. A average character may only hit 25% of the time after nel debuff, but given enough times via combo, that may not matter a ton. Isshin will still buff combo even if he misses.

You can pump Nel high enough to get past 30% talents, but it is gonna be downright impossible to get past a 45% AGI talent, or really any SPD talent.

Shinigami Urahara has an innate: Increase Agility by a Higher Percent

I forget the names for each class, but I believe it goes something like:

15% - certain?
30% - certain?
45% - Higher

However, Shini Urahara's does have a 4th modify:  +8% speed bonus
That will be scary.  But Shini Urahara's not the only one with a Higher Agi Talent

There are other monsters:
Shinso Gin, Shin Kyoka Suigetsu Aizen, Ultima Aizen, Gamuza Nel, Daiguren Hitsugaya all have a Higher Increase Agi

Shinso Gin will have the ultimate speed possible:
Innate 45%, Tier 5 +10% speed, Ultimate Mod +10% speed
Grand total of wtf speed

Next Up may be:
Daiguren Hitsugaya
Innate 45%, Tier 4 +10% speed

Then Shin Urahara amongst a few others

The guy who did the event character preview says 30% Speed. Guess it was a mistake on his part.

Pretty sure Higher is 30% though. In any case, Shinigami Urahara is a beast, and likely to be a part of my Shinji team. :-P

true, there are others, i am just a fan of Nel (the main reason i am going for gamuza too ) . and i am not playing to be the first/top, just playing for fun sake hence trying to utilize nel to the max . it would be boring if everyone had just the strongest/fastest players. but yeah what u said is true stats there .

event partner mods take a lot of time esp as the fragments is just 3-5 per complete cultivation and starting requirements for say tier 1 itself is around 250+

So if I top-up for around 5000 gold would I be able to get Shinji? What's the interval for the draw 50 times for 735 gold in the gold draw, is it the same as free draw with 1 hour interval between, or is there no cooldown time? A chance to get more gold reishi and Shinji assaulter is pretty good for the strategy behind my team which makes this event seem pretty good for me.

there is no interval for the gold draw. you would need 4200pts , so maybe
8xdraw 50 times = 8x735g =5880g giving 4080pts
1xdraw 10 times = 1x150g =150g giving 100pts
2xdraw 1 time = 2x15g =30g giving 20pts
so 4080+100+20 and get shinji for 6060g(5880+150+30)

Are you saying its actually worth it? Shenji does seem good but hes not good for pve.
I was going to pick renji because I wont need to get 40+ lvls and thats about 1-2 months top.
