French can get free top up (%30-40 amount their total as a ''second chance'') and start a new server eu players cant this is restriction....

I'm pretty sure it was explained earlier, other companies provide other services, kannebankai gave really great example here and it answers your question as well

nope still not, since the french site isnt restricted  to french ppl

try to go to the European Court of Justice and see what happends

restriction no 1 : old french players can get free top up %30-40 amounth(as second change) when they start new server but eu players cant
restriction no 2 : French gm doing this on teamspeak with verbal request. if u dont know same language with french gm u cant get this even if u join french server
