shin zabimaru upgrade

hi

can someone tell me if this is a bug or something i still haven´t figured out how to remove it?
every time i try to upgrade shin zabimaru to soo zabimaru it always apperars a message that says to remove my equipment but  i already press the remove all button and check everything by hand. he has no equip , no treasure and no acessory

yes i already did that as well but it didn´t work i'm gonna assume that it is a bug and report it

and hollow soul map? if that doesn't help try to re-login and then check once again if everything is removed (in case something remained but you couldn't see it earlier due to visual bug) then try to upgrade shin renji again
if that doesn't help I'm out of ideas

you can try exchanging him for other naked partner, you probably missing 1 thing to remove. or check if he uses a mod soul
