Well thts it. Who is better, my formation is kirinji, oetsu, MC, shin isshin, coyote nd zanpacto is sogyo. Plus should I get tensa?

Tensa may not be the best ever purchase unless you're working with a balanced team, so if you are indeed 'focusing' on everyone in your formation, then i'd go for Tensa ^^ Though the purchase might feel slightly underwhelming as he's quite old of a Zanpakuto and does not create the greatest impact ever, so be wary ^^

The comment above technically says what you need, Retsu for PVE and Kirinji for PVP. But disregarding PVE/PVP and looking at your team, you are missing that 1 single heavy hitting damage dealer, as everyone there deals damage with 'attack all' skills, meaning they can't pinpoint heavy damage to a certain target.
So Retsu could be great here. However, that is only if you need to work more defensively with her invincibility buff she can give to one of your allies. If you don't need any more defensive attributes on your team, I would use Kirinji as he can boost your supporters speed and actually provide CC with his Chaos ability, alongside him dealing heavy damage similar to Unohana ^^

that's my suggestion...  I hate tenjiro, he has no reliability till you get his exclusive skill...  he has his places, but it doesn't look like your team is one of them
