Here is a hit from Muken with no zanpakuto, 1 strength stone, no strength hogu, no strength accessories.  His atk was reduced to 710k from 1.6m.

Not all hits will be this high.  This was in the 16th round when his last mod is in full effect with buffs from Isane and Noble Isane active.  I found I need to weaken Muken this much to not 1 hit kill the ES.  With current setup, I still do 23-30% damage per hit compared to 75% or more after they fixed his last mod.

It is indeed.
Muken without the 50% atk bonus as well as the 70% damage rate bonus, is still the best partner for pve(can't say for pvp considering the different varieties of formations).
You would still definitely do immense damage with Muken compared to what you'd do without him.
You just have to get him to that 1m atk and get his bonds up(hp first then speed).

so basically a so-so muken paired with a brenji will pretty much demolish in pve ?askin this cuz in mages / fuji frikkin csb, and eve tho i can still get in top 20 very easy, im still botherin with csb only for challenge stones, otherwise i whoulda stopped doin csb a long time ago

If you run 0-3-2 for Evil Spirit and Ryoka with Muken and Brenji as assaulters(considering that your assaulters survive vs wave 70+ ryoka) you absolutely shrek pve.
Using the challenge stones for the Ultimate Level 120 set?
A Muken that's not even stacked is still better than Brenji. The more atk you give Muken, the more your pve damage doubles, triples or quadruples.
What is your team btw(both pvp and Ryoka+Es)?

brenji/res ulq with sgin/cute or kyoraku dependin how lazy i am to swap cute/kyoraku, tensa and sogyo but  keepin tensa on due to lazyness aswell , stark and noza and a demon ichi which no ideea when ima start lvl and mod )
sadly my server is quite dead, only 3 on for es, 2x quincy 1 shini, i out dmg both and i also recently got the top players acc, and for ryoka mebbe 3 if im not lazy to skip it which i do pretty much daily

You should attend Evil Spirit and Ryoka daily.
You may not realise their importance(especially Ryoka's) but I do. I am lacking in stones just because I didn't do much of ryoka for a year or so. I regret that.
Brenji with Muken is definitely overkill but I'd use that for Es along with Cute Orihime.
Also, I believe Tensa gives damage rate while cute does too so cute overwrites tensa therefore I suggest using a zanpakuto that does not give damage rate and maybe atk buff(idk about sogyo).
Starrk, Noza and Demon Ichigo. I'd like more details on those three.
