can anyone tell me the exact amount of $$$ u need to spend on lvl4 spirit stone bags for 100% fury start in battle for 1 partner

dont do that. it will cost you so much of gold. better wait for events where you can get a basic fury stone for 200g and sometimes 3-4 of them for 400g.

You need 128 of them to get T1 Fury. If you have +2 Fury enchant, you need like 112 IIRC ( You only need 96% instead of 100% bonus.

That would be 96,000 gold or so. Around 2,000$ with rebates.

You shouldn't be this lazy, so I'll give you half the answer.

For pure t1 - 100% fury, no psychic, you'll need
2x Level 9 @ 18%
4x Level 8 @ 16%

If you are on a relatively new server, you can do it for a bit less, as you can get the VIP 9 chest that gives you a 18%.
